CINCINNATI CHANGE believes that we can increase the creative class stay in Cincinnati through their childbearing years through the development of high quality apartment and condominium living. We will bring, and or develop, creative class workers in Cincinnati who will stay for at least a decade. They will work in jobs created because of Cincinnati Change partners business ventures through the Cincinnati Change Workforce Small Business Development Program and or our schools that are to create a new creative class and or third frontier student from high school.
