CINCINNATI CHANGE believes in mixed-use development whereas the poor and moderate income people will be able to live where they live only with investment in their quality of life so that they and their children can join the creative class or third frontier workforce.

CINCINNATI CHANGE subscribes, in part, to the theory that there are about 38 million people who are the movers and shakers in today's American economy -- the so called Creative Class. In general, they are software developers, scientists, successful executives and the many others who lead their respective professions in new directions through creative thought and have the ability to see their thoughts into action.

CINCINNATI CHANGE has put into effect a program to support those who have the skills to join this creative class, with an emphasis on people of color. We will organize other programs to draw from all segments of Cincinnati to train a new Cincinnati Creative Class through alliances with schools that will produce the workforce that grows businesses enterprises profits.

CINCINNATI CHANGE believes the heart of this new class is the super-creative people: architects, engineers, cinematographers, game developers, poets and novelists, professors, software engineers, high-tech workers, health care and researchers. Then come the creative professionals who work in marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, legal professions, and those in business management in charge of sales. Next are the musicians, dancers, artists and others who create content. It is not a new idea that creativity comes from human beings and that they are mobile.

CINCINNATI CHANGE believes that we can increase their stay in Cincinnati through their childbearing years. We will through the development of high quality apartment and condominium living for high-income singles increases the stay from this class above the national average of 3.1 years.

CINCINNATI CHANGE will bring, and or develop, creative class workers in Cincinnati who will stay for at least five years, for many well into their childbearing years, in jobs created because of Cincinnati Change partners and business ventures through Cincinnati Change Workforce Small Business Development Program.

Through Cincinnati Change, young families of the creative class will have access to world-class schools and research centers in subjects that lead to inclusion in advanced employment by employers of this class.

Who we are

Cincinnati Change believes in mixed use development whereas the poor and moderate income people will be able to live where they live only with investment in their quality of life.

Cincinnati Change has developed a plan of action in Partnership with Queen City Development Group (QCDG). The plan is to create a company to be a developer of businesses who manufacture, distribute, sell, support and service products that are produced by companies under license from QCDG.

A QCDG license includes worldwide & domestic Empowerment Zone, Enterprise Community and Renewal Zone license rights to develop a patented communications technology being used by Intel, Microsoft, Siemens, JavaCOMM, nuTECH and other companies into a industry integrated application solution for Education.

We are now starting the QCDG plan of action that includes the development of over 20,000 smartHOMES in the region. By 2014 we will have built homes for over 12,000 teachers and students around Cincinnati in cooperation with Rockford Steel and GE. In greater Cincinnati this will mean 9,140 or more jobs.

Cincinnati Change will organize a response to a critical need in Cincinnati - quality home developments that serve the need of people at all income levels through a massive and sustained effort of many groups.

Together we will create one enterprise that will be capitalized at at least a billion dollars by partnering with thousands of Cincinnati Change Agents, supporters and members. By November 2005 we will have developed a mutual fund to fund these homes.

One of our Mission as to be the lead agency that will work to reduce the involvement of youth in drug-related activities and violence by providing positive programs and education

Among our Goals & Objectives are to provide constructive programs for youth participation that will discourage youth violence, crime and illicit drug use, as well as get the youth off the streets and into a positive environment. Violence, crime and drug abuse continue to engulf our Cincinnati communities; our plan is to facilitate programs to counteract these behaviors.

Starting in Avondale and other neighborhoods our Community Service focuses on the problem of drugs and violence among today's youth is one we all seek to resolve. One of the best methods of reaching our youth and breaking this cycle is by reaching those children ages 12 - 18 and providing them the information and training they need to stand up against the pressures upon them and make the right choices for their future.

We believe that we will invest in the young people in the Nati through charter schools that feature Edutainment.

Edutainment is a mixture of Education and Entertainment. This is something that Cincinati Change began pioneering in Cincinnati in 2004 through the combination of technolgy and the plan of action to create and support arts schools in Cincinnati. We've found what we think is a effective mix of communication with youth, teens, and young adults. When it comes to communications, that's what we are all about. Our programs communicate to youth, teens, and young adults that drugs and violence are a mixture that leads to serious trouble at the very least.
